"All I can say is not to order from this company. I have been waiting for a refund or my jacket from 2 years ago. There is no customer service, they won't answer your call unless your ordering so that they can screw you over.

"Have sent more than 10 emails and no contact, no follow up, and NO jacket. I spent $400 on a leather jacket and have had no one respond to any of my enquiries as to where my jacket is!?! Was first told my complaint was forwarded to the CEO but I have no heard a peep!

"On July 24th I placed an order for a William coat. This was after an exchange of emails with Bill Allen. I was told the coat could be made from Goat instead of lamb. I placed the order and master card promptly paid them. Since that time I have sent 11 emails to them requesting an order verification and an anticipated delivery date. No response. I have called 4 times a day for 4 days, they never answer their phone. I finally got a email telling me my order was incomplete, 3 weeks after I placed the order. Again no phones are answered or emails answered. Tomorrow I'm filing fraud charges with my bank, master card, the Attorneys Generals office in Missouri and California. Because I gave them a credit card number I have had to cancel that card and order new ones. My advice RUN don't walk away from this company."
"I would urge anybody who may be thinking of buying ANYTHING here think twice about it. This is the absolute worst shopping experience ever. I was scammed for $600.00. I bought a leather jacket that took forever to get here, accidently ordered it twice because I thought the first order didn't go through. I called and told a Matthew Dahl what had happened and was told he would take it off of my card. A few weeks passed I had kept texting him asking where my refund was. I received the jacket about 5 sizes too small, and the leather so thin you could see through it. I sent it back after going on line to try to find out where it came from. I still have the postal receipt showing it was delivered and signed for. I continued to try to now get my $600.00 back which was the amount of both orders which were supposed to be refunded, I never got anywhere with anybody I talked to or texted. I am seeking legal council to be involved in this case which started back on October 4th 2014. Don't let this happen to you had I read the reviews I would never have made the purchase. "BUYER BEWARE - this company is out to RIP you off. I ordered a jacket based on their sizing charts and received a jacket that was WAY too small. I should have been suspicious at that point because the jacket I received was so far off the sites measurement chart. I emailed inquiring about a return and received an email quickly from Bill telling us how to process the return. I spent approximately $30 to send the jacket back and have heard NOTHING from LeatherHere. I have emailed and called them multiple times to inquire about the return. I wish I had looked up the reviews before spending over $350. "
"RIPPED ME OFF!!! Their sizes are small and returned the item I purchased with an authorization code #36. Sent it by the Post office and there tracking numer showed it was delivered (Nov 11, 2014). I NEVER GOT MY REPLACEMENT ITEM. Filed a complaint with BBB in San Diego, CA. Nothing was heard from them. So they took my money and my returned item and I did not even heard a word from these folks. BUYER BEWARE!!! I have never had a problem with a retailer on line or brick and mortor except for this company. "

"I ordered a leather jacket from LeatherHere on April 1st and supposedly BILL is looking into it. The status finally changed to awaiting shipment from waiting fulfillment. On April 6th BILL said he was looking into it and would get back with me at the end of that DAY. NOTHING..... I have emailed several times, called numerous times, left several messages on the website but no response!!!! The jacket I ordered is beautiful and I fell in love with it but fear I will never receive it and am out $236.00! Will check with BBB and if still nothing check with my attorney. Is this a scam company???????"
