"I made a purchase which I ordered the wrong size, so I had a customer service rep help with the exchange process which was good, however, while I returned it expecting another to be shipped to me, I'm just glad that I a person who frequently checks emails because that's when I discovered the email stating I received a refund instead without any explanation as to why. So, here I was waiting for a new helmet and only after getting the email and calling customer service did I get any kind of idea that the items were on back order and I would have to place yet another order once they became available again. I think when a situation like this occurs a customer should be provided a better explanation of what is happening. I have worked in customer service myself so understand both sides of customer service. I was told your company doesn't do back orders for items, I understand that and again since that's your policy the customers should be clearly made aware of that policy. So again when returning money instead of getting product as expected please provide better explanation. But though that happened I did reorder another helmet and received it last week. The people I ordered through we very helpful. We will probably still order in the future. "
