"I received the pants, took them out of the package and unbuttoned them, the button felt like it was about to fall off. I put my leg in the pant leg but the padding isn't secured to the front of the leg and I had a hard time trying to get my leg behind it. I gave up after trying to put my left leg in.
I tried to contact them to return the item but so far my email through their system has been unanswered. I will try again on Monday afternoon but I am very unsatisfied with their customer service. I doubt at this point that I will purchase anything else from them if this is how they treat their VIP members."
