Also customer service was rude but I need to place me on hold that really hung up on me I've had to call back for different times just to get somebody on the phone to tell me there's nothing that they can do I will never order from this place again had I looked and saw the review of 1.4 stars I would have never ordered from this company to begin with !!! "Loving my new Jacket. Way better quality than I expected for the price. Pretty heavy, but I was looking for a jacket that would save my skin if necessary. So, the extra weight is kind of expected. I really like the way the zippered vents allow air to flow through it to keep me from over heating. Strong metal zippers are nice and the flaps cover them well. Good solid biker jacket without all the flashy metal. Thick padding around the neck makes this jacket very comfortable. Very happy. Think I'll pick up another one for my son."

Waiting for a return call that they got the return so I can give them the correct address. Your customer service rep was less than accommodating and rather rude. I asked what the shipping label read but she said she had no way of knowing until the package was returned. I asked her to flag my account with a different address so it could be expedited when you got the return. She said that was not possible until she saw the package. So, I am still waiting. Waiting for the order to get back to you. Waiting for someone to call me for the shipping information. Waiting. Waiting. My first experience with this company does not encourage me to order again."
