"Ordered 1 medium and 1 large Outlaw helmet and I received 2 large helmets, even though 1 of the boxes was marked as a medium. Called customer service and they wanted me to take a picture of the helmet and the box, email that to them, send the helmet back, then once they received it they would send out a medium helmet. My idea of customer service would be to send me a medium-sized helmet, charge my account, send a return ups label. Then, when they've received the helmet, they can credit my account. Asking me to pay to ship the helmet back when the mistake was LeatherUp's is BS."

"Just ordered two modular helmets with communicators. I have not had a chance to install the communicators but wore the helmets on our 150 mile trip. I love that I can use it as a open face or full face helmet and the bilt in sunglasses are pretty neat as well. I would by the helmet again. It I did have a little issue with my wife's . I read reviews and people said you should order 1 size larger then normal. It worked great for me but hers was way to big also her quick release was faulty so I had to return and re-order her helmet. New one came and all works well, will see how long it takes to get my credit for the first one. So far I am happy with the CO."
