"Their sizing chart stated I would need a medium size helmet, with never owning a helmet I went with their chart. The medium helmet is to small, so I quickly ordered a large, which is also to small. So now I have two helmets to return and their return policy is very stringent and not consumer friendly. The website states that a return form should be included with the packaging and both helmets remarkably do not have a return form with the packaging. I have to follow their strict guidelines and pay for the nonrefundable shipping to return these helmets. Also on a side note they do not recommend using the USPS, which would be the most affordable return shipping."

First of all I managed to get some great sale prices. The (Xelement) jacket was listed as a medium with a 44" chest. I have a 40" chest so I was a bit worried but it fits quite well. A bit bulky but that's to be expected with all the armor which I'm not accustomed to. This is the first I've bought riding gear. The (Xelement) pants it turned out were a very tight fit. I followed the sizing charts, I wear 32x32 so that's what I ordered. The pants measured an exact 32" waist. My problem, I discovered, was going by my 32" jeans size that I've been wearing since my high school days. Turns out my "32 inch" waist jeans measure anywhere from 34" to 36". So I strongly suggest going by your waist measurement, do NOT trust your jean size. US sizes are not accurate. Not even close. (When you don't have to opportunity to try on before you buy you kind of have to expect this kind of thing anyway.) From reading the return information I believe I can return the pants for a replacement and that they will ship them back to me for free (the first time) but I don't really want to send them all the way back across the country again. Even though it was an honest mistake on my part I don't feel that it's their responsibility to have to make an exchange because I didn't check my measurements better. The inseam seems a bit longer than I like so I'm going to take some off the bottom and with what I remove there I'll expand the waist a bit. I've replaced zippers, this should be a breeze. Otherwise, I like the fit of the pants. They aren't baggy in the seat with the pockets half-way down to your knees as seems to be the custom these days. The knee pads feel a bit strange if you're not used to them and you have to be careful when you put your leg in or you end up with the pads behind your knees instead if in front of. That aside, I like both products. They seem to be excellent quality, I'm happy with the style, the online ordering is smooth and there is loads of information about all the products. The prices were the best I've found and I shopped around for days if not weeks before making my decision. Over all I'm a very pleased customer. "
