"I called in about the charges for the two helmets I ordered. Their ad didn't say that the sale price was on just one helmet, so I got charged full price. After calling and talking to someone I got both helmets on the sale price. So when you order more then one of the same item that is on sale you better check!! Yes they fixed it the next day plus sent me a email.
The helmets got here in just two days very fast! Did have a little problem with turning the two Bluetooth head sets and called in and was helped by a man named Frankie. Very very helpful and seamed that I was the most important person.
I have ordered twice from Leatherup.com and both times easy, fast and helpful people and if they fix all problems like they did this one I had. I will be back and check them first when I am in need of a item. I don't feel that you could go wrong with them. "I just purchased a pair of Xelement BLACK Performance Men's 'Torque' Distressed Grey Leather Boots, USA 1207 Leather Men's Undercover Gun Pocket Vest and a pair of Xelement XG-879 Men's Mesh/Leather Motorcycle Gloves. The leather was heavy and of high quality. For a change the sizes were as advertised. I had hoped to get it within the 2-6 business days, but it took 7 otherwise I would have given them 5 stars. "Product shipped was exactly as shown however one size too small for me. Here comes the fun part, Leatherup DOES NOT provide a return shipping label and they want you to use Fed Ex or UPS to ship it back, your cost of course. So I was going to do an exchange for a larger size before I realized that shipping the boots back were going to cost 1/3 of the price of the boots. I changed my order to 'refund' and did not want to risk another shipping charge. What a joke Leatherup, get with the present time and pay for shipping.
