"Bought a great leather jacket for a wonderful price! Shipping time was average. Looked for a low cost item to boost my order into the free shipping realm, but the vast majority were not in stock (belts, wallets, etc.) When I finally did find a wallet that claimed to have 5 left, and placed that on my order, I was notified 3 days later that the wallet I ordered was out of stock too. I was issued a refund without hassle and not charged any extra fees. The only other thing I would say is watch the sizing on the jackets. The site is good at warning you about this, too. They are often a size or two smaller than you are used to at a particular label. Look at the inch measurements on the charts."
