I ordered $300.00 worth of goods by priority mail and got a confirmation from the fraudster Lee that the goods have been shipped. He sent me a fake USPS tracking number which the postal service could not recognize. He never reverted to any of my mails even though I followed up with him for six months. He has made money off of the ignorant middle class consumer who gets impressed with smooth talk. Beware of what he is up to next. No wonder he is out of business."

"Worst customer service. Placed the order and just sat there with no movement. After 6 days I sent them a message asking about my order.
The order was for 175.00. It was not until I sent the message was I informed my order had just been filled.
They advise orders are filled with 72 hrs. Not the case for me. I will not order from this company ever. There are other companies who are prompt and want your business. If I had not sent a message, I believe my order would still be waiting to be filled.
Save yourself time and aggravation and go somewhere else. "
"I recently made a purchase from Lee's on Dec 4th, 2014 and had a question regarding the site's classification of the razor as may not be available after I had placed the order. So I emailed Lee. Twice. I received no response either time. I found an email today that the order shipped Wednesday, Jan 8th, 2015. "I am very unhappy with the level of customer service from this company. I placed my first order several months ago and had a lag in shipping. So I chaulked it up a "minor" glitch.
On Dec. 1 of this year, I placed an order and have yet to receive a tracking number for Lee's. The order was recently marked shipped after I complained on December 4, 2014.

I tried communicating several times and would usually get a response a week later. "Ordered D/E Razor and miscellaneous shaving supplies on Wednesday evening 6/24. Lee's shipped them via Priority Mail, for free, and they were in my mailbox on Monday, 6/29. Outstanding! I emailed Lee's with a question prior to ordering. Lee answered it personally, and it had to be 11:30pm in his time zone. What a guy!"
"I placed my order for $240 about 12 days ago and still have not received my package. I never heard a word and never even received a tracking number, yet payment was made 12 days ago. Finally I decided to call him after I received no package and no update. He claims that he addressed the package to me, but somehow it got shipped to a guy in Utah (I'm in TN), another one of his customers expecting a package. He blamed it on the post office and told me he would get a new tracking number for me today. Well, today is up and I still don't have my tracking number. I suspect he hasn't even shipped it yet. I have never heard of a package addressed to a customer in TN accidentally arriving in Utah, and it just so happens that the person who got the package was another customer! If it were supposed to be a post office error, more likely it would have been shipped to a random address, or one that looks like mine.
There is something very fishy about this company. Their website looks professional at first glance, but upon close examination reveals the work of a four year old. Ever page is marked with an http[B]s[/B] address which forces the user to verify a windows dialog box upon clicking every single link on every single page. Also, lol, the auto generated password has the form: H2&hE6#n84H$#f1:5?h. lol, I guess he wants to make it super difficult for his customers to come back, lol. Don't worry, I will not be back. This was my first non-disposable shaving set; an experience that should have been a pleasure but turned into a nightmare thanks to Lee.
All I want at this point is a refund, but he has yet to return my message.

"Originally ordered a Merkur HD razor in silver and after a few days I had not received a shipment notification. I contacted the store and within the hour received a response stating that Merkur was having problems with production. Lee told me that he would send the gold version instead if that was OK since it was exactly the same thing but in gold for no extra charge even though it costs $12 dollars more. I agreed and not only did he send me the razor, which is a beautiful piece, he sent me a bunch of free blades and some sample shaving creams.
Customer service does not get better than this! I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for shaving supplies!"
