"Aaron is the best sales person to deal with. Twice out of manyI have done an online order I get a double order. Great prices and easy to deal with. "Product was great, shipping was not the best as UPS is the only option. As I was told that UPS does not take delivery instructions from Leisure pro staff, and my notice would not be posted to them. But UPS does invite delivery instructions as per their notice of delivery.

Out of 2 deliveries in the past 30 days I have had issues with the shipping UPS. I have a front desk where the package could have been dropped off to staff or staff would have let them into the building to where my apartment is.Or contacted me. Where I have been available for both deliveries given these days. The attempt was never made by UPS.


However UPS sticker notices where posted on my mail box. 1 of which was given to me by a neighbour who found the notice in the parking lot.

So I have to drive 1hr and a half to the drop off center and pay a brokerage fee of over $20. per package which is not including the cost of gas. Driving 2 times for two separate packages. I do have better things to do with my time, after paying for a delivery shipment. Taking me away from that, is also an inconvenience. " I am sure your sorry," you got paid did you not?

I did ask an individual at your location if they shipped by other means, for example United States Postal Service. As I have packages shipped by them before with no travel expense, including brokerage fee.

The excuse is sorry we ship UPS and that's with them, and we do not offer USPS because we don't really care and its not our problem.

Your problem is with the company you keep. As it is also a reflection on you for limited options. But then was staff properly aware that delivery instruction could be given to the shipper?

Yes I guess it my loss, time wasted and money wasted.

I made the effort to limit my problem within your staff and your company. However it seemed to be a loss of my actions anyways costing me more effort further, that was to be prevented.
