Shipment is cheap, but delivery times vary:
Some items were shipped within a week coast to coast, but some others are taking almost two month being on back order despite indicated as in stock at the time of purchase.

I've learned hard way not to rely on the advises regarding gear given by the store salesmen. Rather read plenty of reviews and message boards on the Internet and ask well experienced divers.

Customer service is a mixed bag, depending on your luck.
Some representatives are not willing to do anything for you, even when it is the store's fault, but some others are willing to go far to rectify the problem.

Actually that's why I decreased my originally high rating of the store to two stars, but now I am increasing it again to 4 stars."

"I was happy with my experience on Leisure Pro's website. I spent a great deal of time reading reviews and found the prices to be very competitive. I liked that there is a size guarantee on several items, but it would have been helpful to also have a size chart for one of the wetsuit tops I wanted to order. (hydroflex amp3) As it happens, it was out of stock at the time so I didn't end up ordering it anyways. The Q&A portion of the website was also very helpful in choosing particular items, like the spring straps for my fins. (ensuring that they would fit the model I purchased.) The box arrived in a timely manner, however, it was pretty banged up upon arrival. Of course this could very well have been the fault of the shipping company, a few items were loosely packed and had obviously been banged around on the inside. My Suunto Zoop computer had been ripped from the package and had some scuffs on the screen (though not scratches) and fortunately I was able to rub them out. All items were present and correct.
