I wiould like too say that I have done a couple of international orders from your site including a phone call to try and understand some thing and the service was great quick and a positive experiance
I would like to point out one problem with the delivery,
both times that I ordered you charged delivery rates and when the parcel arrived UPS gave us an additional account of the same ammout that you charge on your site.
I know for a fact that there are no tax on sports equipment and it was not clear what UPS was charging us for.
It is a bit aggrevating that after all the EXTRAS it works out more expensive than purchasing localy
