"Once again, LeisurePro's Web site nailed it for easy navigation, helpful information, and hassle-free purchasing when it came time to pull the trigger. I do a fair amount of online shopping, and LP consistently outdoes all the Amazons, iTunes, etc. Especially helpful is the Q&A tab. Quick answers from LP staff and real divers who had actually bought and used the dive bag I wanted helped cement my decision to buy. Amazingly, I ordered the bag and another item on a Saturday over a holiday weekend, and both arrived by the next Thursday afternoon! Based on my experience with previous purchases, I'm confident that if I'm not perfectly satisfied with my new bag, LP has the best return policy in the business. I've also visited the storeroom, and the folks on staff there are as nice and helpful as the sales and customer service reps I've dealt with online and by phone. "Delivered on time. However, I ordered two lens cover for front and back (different sizes). I received two lens covers with different packaging that were the same size...obviously one would not work. I also ordered a lens...the product description did not include that it came with the lens covers...so the lens covers I ordered where not needed anyway. Will be sending back shortly.
