"I purchased a skin suit. It came with a tear in the stitches just like if someone tried it and was too small for him! Anyhow, I contacted them, they said they'll ship me another one as I can't wait two more weeks due to travel plans. They charged my card for the replacement they are going to ship until they receive the original one and issue a refund! All in all and to be fair, they are taking the right steps although I think it can be improved! Hopefully the refund process goes smooth but I can't comment on that as they have not received the original one.
Update: I am quite happy that LP has expedited my shipping to 3 day select to accommodate me with my travel plans! The fact they cared enough to do so without me asking, makes them outstanding in my eyes! Thanks so much for your understanding!

"Absolutely excellent goods arrived in 3 days. Your items arrived quicker than any item I have bought on a New Zealand website. You should come over and teach NZ companies how good customer service operates.
I bought 2 pairs of slippers for when I go swimming. Both were excellent. However the belt is too big and I don't seem to be able to shorten it. For the cost it is not worth sending it back.
