"I called to order two pairs of fins and spring straps, and to inquire about a small shipping charge on one item when all other items shipped free. The salesman, Yankey, advised that he could not remove the shipping fee, then offered a discount on my order far larger than the fee itself, which I gratefully accepted. I received a shipment notice and tracking number the same day, and my order arrived two days later.
Unfortunately, the fins were too large. I called Yankey back; he immediately offered to send two more pairs of fins, and emailed a prepaid UPS return label. Yankey suggested I wait for the next shipment, try on and compare all sizes, keep the best fit, then send the others back, all at no additional expense. Once again, I received same day shipment and tracking info.
I am completely satisfied with my shopping experience, and I would not hesitate to purchase from Leisure Pro in the future. Thank you Yankey."

"I recently ordered masks, snorkels, and fins from Leisure Pro for myself and my husband. We got our order very promptly and the all products came exactly as advertised. I was surprised to find a second shipment from Leisure Pro the following day at my doorstep- it was a duplicate order and I had been double-charged on my credit card! I called the company and they e-mailed me a UPS address label so that I could ship back the second order free of charge. I received a full refund, as promised, within about a week or so. So despite this fluke, the issue was resolved promptly and easily. Overall, I was very pleased with the price, the quality of the products, and the speed of the delivery. I would definitely order from Leisure Pro again."
"First off, I do a great amount of of online shopping. I have dealt with many online stores. With regards of Leisure-pro being one of the best. I have made over ten orders with them and had absolutely no problems. They have extremely fast shipping, excellent customers service, and incredible prices which is everything you want in an online store. Fore example if you call them and place your order over the phone you get a reduced price and the salesman can even provide you with more information. Aaron, the salesman at LP is more helpful than the salesman at my local Dive Shop. For example I ordered a BCD from them and I lost weight pockets. I told the customer serviced what happened and they proceed to send me a new weight pocket at no charge. As far as shipping I can order an item on Monday and receive it Wednesday of the same week and I live in South Carolina. Now, you may wander about all the bad reviews and horror stores of Leisure Pro Customers. Personally, I believe that the majority of the Review writers are Local Dive Shop supporters, owners, and employees that are trying to destroy the name of leisure-pro because they are hard to compete with. The choice is yours choose Leisure pro or choose your local dive shop."

Just a quick update on a wet suit retailer Leisure Pro. I have recently come into conflict in terms of returning items due to size. Leisure Pro states that one has 120 days to return an item, and this is true. I originally returned the suit with plenty of time however, due to an error in shipping the item spent 3-4 weeks in the mail only to come back to me. After resending the item, Leisure Pro refused to work with me forcing me to buy a used wet suit rather than the original Pinnacle Element I bought. This item was less than 30 days past their 120 day limit! I make my living using wet suits as I am an Ichthyological ecologist. I would refrain from purchasing anything from this company despite its low prices as you might be stuck with a wetsuit that is both very expensive and unusable."
"They have the worst customer service ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They sent me a package and on the day it was supposed to be delivered sent it back with UPS for no reason, when I called they told me I had to pay over $100 to send it back to my house because there was a shipping error and there was nothing they could do about it. They also did not refund the money I paid for the package! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!"

"Purchased a 7" diving knife from them and had the item shipped via UPS. After 2 weeks of sending e-mails I couldn't get a proof of delivery or tracking number. Because I purchased this through there eBay store only 1 person could help and he was on vacation. I finally get a return e-mail and was told the knife was delivered over a week ago. Apparently the knife was shipped, but didn't require proof of delivery so it was left on my door and must have been stolen. 1) I live in a apartment complex that is wide open to anyone walking by. 2) By law knives that are 7" in length must be signed for by an adult! I told leisure pro and they gave me the brush off and said to file a claim with UPS. UPS said the shipper has to file the claim to get a refund then refund me. Back to leisure pro who did nothing to assist and refused to refund my money or replace my item although I clearly never got it. I had to file a claim with the better business bureau and file a police report with NY police dept because they where shipping weapons without requesting an adult signature. To make a long story short the NYPD gave them a situation and the BBB helped me get my money back. All this over a $50.00 diving knife?
I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN AND YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER!"
"I placed my order online Sunday afternoon with 2 day air and it was shipped first thing Monday morning (FYI - they don't ship Fri, Sat, or Sun). I just received my order (Wednesday A.M.). Everything is as described and all lights appear to be working. Email communication from the company was good. I'd order from them again."
"Great website, lowest price I found anywhere for the item. It shipped the day after I ordered it, got it the next day UPS Ground (their warehouse is in NJ, as am I). I had read some reviews about their "verification process", so just make sure I sent an e-mail to their customer service letting them know that if there were any questions or problems they should just let me know. I got an e-mail response within the hour letting me know it was going to ship that afternoon.
I couldn't be happier, wouldn't hesitate to order from Leisurepro again."
"Two days after placing the order, I received an email claiming that they could not ship until I faxed them further "proof of identity," such as a billing statement. My credit card had already been charged for the purchase, so it doesn't make sense as a fraud protection measure. My billing and shipping address were the same, are a real, physical address (not a P.O. box), and are registered with the credit card issuer, so there's really no justification for this measure. The whole thing seems pretty sketchy to me; based on what others have written about hidden shipping charges, etc. I recommend avoiding this merchant."
