"I needed a new bumper for Toyota RAV4. I ordered on line with Leith Toyota. I was informed it would normally take a couple of days, but it could extend up to 14 days in some cases. But in two days, I was informed the part is ready to be picked up. I went to Leith Toyota in Raleigh. As I approached the part department a gentleman met me and asked my name. He went inside and returned with the receipt for me to sign. He asked me to drive to the delivery section. As I drove to the delivery section, he was waiting for me with the part, loaded it in my car, and sent me home. It all took me about 10 minutes, and I was on the way home. This is the fastest service I ever received from a dealership."
