"The drive was a beast from Fuquay Varina, but I saved about $60.00. Probably a wash when time is factored in, but I was free and it was a nice sunny day for a drive. Pickup was flawless.
A little inside baseball on dealership parts and pricing. You will only get the online price online. If you walk up and order, it is a different, usually higher price. It was explained to me that Toyota Corporate tracks online purchases and allows the pricing to be lower. Doesn't really make sense to me, but that's the deal. Also, I would recommend calling before ordering to make sure the parts are in stock, otherwise, you might show up to backordered parts. Finally, I got almost 90,000 miles out of my original OEM pads and rotors. Probably could have pushed them to 100K, but doing the labor myself brings new front brakes in for under $200.00. Love my Tacoma."
"Awesome first impression. I had ordered a part online not realizing that the seller was only 10 miles away. I had selected the shipping option so there was $37 shipping cost. When I realized I could pick it up I called and asked if they could reverse the charge and I could come get it. They said sure they had the part ready for me in about an hour and I was able to get it with no hassle someone even carried it out to the car for me. "

"Just bought another Toyota at Leith in Raleigh. Salesman Jeffery Smith did a great job to get the deal that I wanted. As with many Toyotas these days, this car was purchased in advance of it being delivered to the dealership. The car arrived several weeks earlier than expected. When I arrived at the dealership for pick-up, Jeffery took me out to look the car over and test drive it. The car looks great and everything is as it should be. The Toyota Hybrid System works great. If you are not looking at the dashboard, you won't notice the transitions between operating modes. (I drove a hybrid rental from another company a few months ago and transitions were very noticeable.)
The car is a Corolla Cross Hybrid. Jeffery took the time to make sure I had my phone connected to the car via the Toyota app and also review some of the basic features.
Both purchase and delivery process were smooth; no surprises.
