This was the first time I have hired a lens and I must say I was very impressed. I thought I would shop around and found Lenses for Hire. Not only were they competitively priced, but I was treated like an adult, not my experience when enquiring about hiring a lens from two other companies who shall remain names.
I called their number.... nothing unusual there I hear you cry... but listed along with a free phone 0800 number was there land line number that I called, this gave me confidence that they were not a scam site that was just after my credit card details. I was able to call a land line and find the location of the pickup and drop of point.
I wanted to hire a lens for a longer period of time then was listed on the website and within 5 minutes they updated the website so I could book the lens to see me over the summer. I found them friendly, helpful, with an easy to use website.
Today I enquired about another lens, but this time to buy, as I needed the lens TODAY but did not wish to pay High Street Prices. Sadly they could not provide it for me, but did give me the details of where to buy it cheaper on the web. They had taken the time to look for me before they replied; any other company would have simply ignored the question or just said no. Before anyone says it is because I had just hired a lens for a long time, I used my personal e-mail account and just the abbreviation of my name.
This is a Top Quality Company, with Top Quality Staff and I will be using them again.
