E mail confirmations all the way from initial order to after the return of the lens. Can't get any easier really. I had my lens delivered by courier and collected, so no need to worry about getting to a post office. The lens supplied was superb, and in great condition and worked perfectly.

It arrived complete with handling notes, case and return label. The packing was excellent which was totally reusable for the return journey.
