I'm in the British Isles and I've just received the silver thumbrest for the Fujifilm X-T10 and the beautiful brass bird soft release. This is my second thumbrest and soft release - the first was a few months ago for my X100T.

As someone else has said, it's always a bit nerve-wracking ordering from across the ocean but, apart from the inevitable delays in the postal system (something you have no control over), I am more than happy. The quality of these items is outstanding and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

"I recently purchased the filter adapter for the s95, plus a starter filter kit and a Tiffen 09. The adapter changed completely my idea of the s95, now I almost always carry it along and I don't miss my Canon 40d so much. An ultracompact like the s95 definitely deserves a filter adapter. It makes for MUCH MORE fun. Service was also great (thanks Liz for processing my order so fast ;-))

All in all, great product, great service. I only wish I orderd the Franiek's grip, wich must be another great addition.

"This is a seriously excellent company to do business with! They made a very slight human error in my order and their customer service response was far beyond the call of duty, in terms of effort and compensation! "I”LL BE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. I ordered an adapter, 2 Moya filters and a lens cap for my Canon SX10 IS. The package arrived promptly (4 business days from order to arrival) and was well packaged for travel. The adapter fits like a glove and is very well constructed. The filters were well priced. I have seen them cheaper but not at reputable dealers, so the 2% - 5% premium was WELL WORTH MY MONEY. To this point I was very satisfied with my purchase but here’s the action that makes Lensmate a world-class operation; I remember when I placed my order that the shipping seemed a little high (~$13) but I needed the adapter so, I figured it was worth the premium. Today, I received an email stating that I was overcharged for shipping due to a problem with the shopping cart program and that I was receiving a $5.00 REFUND. This was completely unsolicited from me and purely voluntary on the part of Lensmate! I had just purchased a Lumix LX3 camera and was having difficulty finding the original manufacturer adaptor and polarizing filter I needed for a trip I will be leaving on tomorrow. I ordered the items on Monday night and they arrived Priority USPS on Thurs! "I fully believe in capitalism and customer service, so I wanted to write this review. I have not had a lot of dealings with Lensmate, but the prices are decent, and any extra cost is worth a company you can trust. I emailed them and got a good answer and I bought the adapters/lenses through them (though I do wish there was a way to call). I feel like the sample photos were a HUGE point in convincing me to buy from them. There is so much cheap junk out there, that getting equipment that I can see has been thoroughly tested and reviewed is very helpful. Now I suppose if there are problems with orders in the future things may change, but so far I am VERY impressed with their website and product information, and will do business with them again this afternoon, which is the highest compliment I can give any company."

"Everyone I've talked to on forums says that Lensmate makes the best lens adapters for the Canons, and the quality of my lens hood was impeccable. The OEM Canon adapter for the S3IS is plastic and has about a millimeter of wiggle room on my camera. This hood is aluminum and it fits like a glove. All for a lower price, too - With the collapsible rubber hood, my order cost $30, but Canon plasticky equivalent cost $35.
As for the quality of buying from them, I can't complain. Really - everything went just the way it should have gone. I placed the order Monday, got the shipping confirmation Tuesday, and the stuff got here Friday.
I will be buying from these guys again, and soon... I have my eyes set on a wide angle lens."
