"I actually was unable to place an order through Let's Talk. They were unable to get my Verizon password to work. After 3 calls to Verizon to verify my CORRECT password, the Let's Talk customer service rep told me I was wrong and that I need to learn the difference between my online pass code and my phone pass code. I do know the difference and did not appreciate the fact that they are incompetent and were blaming me for not getting my password to work. I will not use this site again."

"Generally speaking this went very well. i thought i would receive an email to tell me when my phone was shipping and then one day it was at my door. i had some problems with the set up and called the 800 number that was in the box and i was on hold for over 25 mins! finally i found a different customer service number on line and called that. it took a while because i had to transfer numbers from other lines, but i finally got it set up. Now i will be able to use the phone and see how it goes."
