"I ordered an accessory and waited over a week hoping it would ship. Each day the website would state the order was shipping on that day but it never did. I would check the website the next day and the cycle would repeat itself. I called Customer Service and was advised that the item was in stock. The representative offered to contact shipping and call me back the next morning. I never received the call back. After waiting a few more days I called and cancelled the order. Customer Service was misleading and they do not appear to communicate well with customers. This was my first and last experience with let's talk."
