"Bought a bookletmaker through Ebay from this guy. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. He pulled a bait and switch on me, then harrassed me to try to get me to remove my claim against him through Paypal. He filed an unpaid strike against me once he was instructed to take the item back by Paypal (which is nuts because all was paid through Paypal and I won the claim.) I of course, had to eat the $50 shipping cost back. He'll lie about emailing you, etc. Since I've posted negative feedback about him the other day, I've had someone else contact me about him not give her back a refund. If you're crazy enough to use this seller, then use a credit card because you're probably going to have to hold payment to get him to take the item back. Dealing with him has been my WORST online purchasing experience to date."
"With the many negative reviews I saw after I had placed an order with Letterfolders.com, I became concerned. Not to worry. Within 10 days I had the two identical products I had ordered. Just because the reviews made me apprehensive, I telephoned customer service the day before my items arrived. The call taker was pleasant, located my tracking number (UPS), and told me to expect the package the next day. It arrived exactly when she said it would.
The company did charge my credit card right after I placed the order and prior to the time the product was shipped. The items were actually shipped directly from the manufacturer, according to the email confirmation I received. The website says the customer's credit card will be charged when the product is shipped. This was the only small blip in an otherwise perfect shopping experience."
"I purchased a new cash register on the letterfolders.com website and was sent an immediate conformation saying the order was being shipped. A couple days later I recieved a message on my voicemail saying indeed the item had not been shipped, was not available and my account had not been charged. I was told if I was interested they had other models available and in stock, but I was not intersted so I thought it was the end of it. Three weeks later I entered my shop to find a large box from letterfolders.com. Inside was a cash register, but a different model than I had originally ordered. It was broken, had the wrong manual, overall in bad condition. I found the invoice went to their website and called customer service. No answer. I kept trying and eventually was able to leave a message, although by the following day no response from them. Finally I tried them again and spoke with a customer service person who as I explained I was sent something I didn't order and was charged without my consent he told me I couldn't return it and hung up on me. I called back and finally he said they would email me and RMA# so I could return it for a refund. Of course they haven't and are being rude, and unprofessional. They refuse to take returns without a RMA# so until they give me one I am at a loss. Hopefully this will keep someone else for falling for their crooked business practices. "
"Absolutely terrible communication despite their promise to communicate prpmptly. Deceptive advertising. Touted FREE SHIPPING and then charged a hidded service fee that ended up being 16% of the order $. I will NEVER purchase from them again."
"Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! I will never do business with them again. Order took almost 3 mos. to arrive then when it did, it didn't work! They have hassled me the entire time in regards to returns/refunds and are telling me now that it is passed its 30 days and cannot be returned for credit! I am not one to put other businesses down but please don't get burned by these guys.Do not do business with these people, terrible service. "

"VERY VERY UNHAPPY.
On 1 Nov 2005,I placed an order via the internet for some replacment blades for a photo cutter. The total cost of the blades was $24.95. The same day, I received confirmation of the order and this stated "Thank you for your order- we will respond with a total with shipping and a
tracking # within 24hrs".
The following day, I received another e-mail confirming the order. No tracking number was given and there was no mention regarding shipping fees. I then heard nothing from them at all.
On 27 November I noticed on my credit card statement that there was a charge made on 3 Nov for $49.95.
I wrote to them on 27 Nov, very politely, explaining I had heard nothing but had noticed this charge on my account. I asked them to explain the charge they had made regarding shipping and asked them where my goods were.
The reply received the next day was "Shipped usps ---no tracking and because it was shipped to the UK---hence
ship fees".
I asked for a further explanation, as I live in the UK, and am not familiar with UPS systems.
I have received nothing else from them and they are now ignoring my e-mails.
End result is that I have been charged nearly $50 for items I have not received. I only with I had found this forum before. The first seven reviews were very negative, but strangely now the next four are good. I am writing this as I do not wish others to end up as I have.

"Great price, fast shipping, product was perfect!
Considered several other units and suppliers, this was the best value. Good follow up and customer service. Will by again!

"Lettersfolders.com is two thumbs up for customer service. I bought a Fellows shredder from them and I had an issue that was my fault when I entered the order wrong. Not only did they rectify it quickly, they sent me some free gifts to boot! Very competitive price too!"
"Great Product no problems AAA+++
Fast free shipping"
"Item was exactly as pictured and promised. Item was shipped extremely fast. Correspondence and telephone conversations were pleasant. I would do business with this one again. "
"Dishonest vendor. This company's website clearly offered free shipping for the item I ordered, but they charged me for shipping anyway.
When I called their customer service to cancel the order, they hung up on me with no provocation. So I emailed them BEFORE it shipped with my request to cancel the order, and they ignored my request.
Do yourself a favor, and do not order from this merchant.

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. I ordered a gift and had to call to have it delivered -- a week and a half later and a day late. To top it off, the flashlight I ordered was broken when I got it and I had to fix it myself. They do not include packing sheets with their shipments. I will not be dealing with this company in the future."
"Buyer beware! I too have experienced really slow delivery of an item that I had requested to be shipped on an expedited basis. I paid for the faster postage and handling - but it arrived 3 weeks later. No replies to emails, or phone calls until negative feedback was left. Then I received an email with only lies from the vendor. When I replied and advised that I was still not happy, I was attacked with personal abuse and advised that I was a 'despecable person'. I am extremely dissatisfied with this transaction and will never shop there again. I will be sure to advise as many people as possible of my experience with letterfolders.com"
"W A R N I N G - BEWARE of this company Letterfolders.com, I placed order for "DYMO LETRATAG 11944 ELECTRONIC LABELMAKER" that was and still is advertised for $19.99 + no tax, + free shipping and advertised as "in stock" on pricegrabbers.com and froogle.com. Their website states credit card not charged until order shipped. I ordered on June 25, 2005, My credit card was charged $25.99 ($6.00 overcharge)on June 30,2005 and my order was placed on "backorder" status. After several emails and several phone calls to Letterfolders.com asking for a refund for overcharge and an ETA on the product. Response from Letterfolders was nothing but excuses and lies, the product finally arrived on August 8th 2005 after I continuely had to contact them for information and action. I never received a refund for the overcharge even though they say they issued a refund, my credit card company says they didnt. I will never use this company again."
