"I ordered a DDR dance pad from them a long time ago, and found the pad & their service acceptable. However, when I placed two separate orders for two new dance pads in early January, I did so knowing that they were on extended backorder (and had been since before Christmas.) That's fine...but then a friend moved (1 of the pads was a bday gift for him) and I emailed them asking that the shipping address be changed...no response. After a few weeks passed and March arrived, we found an alternate source for dance pads and I emailed them (both using their onsite emailing app and through my normal email program) asking that both orders be cancelled. That was three days ago..and both orders still show as Pending on their site (the one for my friend still showing his old address.) I know that they have my email address, since automated responses to both original orders arrived, just fine. Evidentally, once one of their products goes on extended backorder, they start ignoring all emails regarding orders for that product. I am baffled and disappointed."

"Ordered a MagicBox on the 12th, it shipped out on the 14th and I received it on the 21st, after 3 days of waiting for UPS to send it from their local location to my house.
Found out when I received it that the MagicBox was not compatible with DDR pads, although no mention was made on their website, while other similar items had a warning about compatibility.
I emailed them to see what could be done and to see the website corrected. Result : no reply, website is still wrong.
I wouldn't recommend them to anyone I care about."
"i bought something from this site, it was defective so i sent it back. they told me there was nothing wrong with though there was. i payed for it to be shipped back and this was over 6 months ago, they have not replied to a countless number of email, they have no phone number or address posted on their website. I warn anyone reading this, do NOT buy from this site, or you may end up ripped off like i was. i do not remember the original purchase date or invoice number since this was so long ago, though i know i have it stored away."

"I attempted to order a DDR pad from Levelsix. The order appeared to have went smoothly at first, but when the product arrived, the unit was defective. It took them a few days to respond to me after they've ran into some technical difficulties with their e-mail servers. That I can understand. Afer that, the responses were quick. The original request was to test and exchange, but I then changed my mind to just get a refund as the unit was malfunctioning on multiple game systems and I certainly DO NOT want to go through sending it back again if it was bad. Some instructions were provided to return the product, probably sufficient, but I had to send a few emails out to get more information. The returned product arrived and thanks to UPS not updating the status of the shipment, I thought it never arrived. I had to call UPS to confirm the delivery. It turns out that the returned product had arrived about a week after it was shipped and LevelSix failed to contact me, for more than 3 weeks AFTER it arrived. This is extremely irresponsible. I attempted to email them and I received no response, so I waited about two days before I contacted them again. Then I skipped a few days and contacted them again. Again no response. Finally after I've sent my 6th email out, I got a response telling me that I will be receiving a full refund. I'm still awaiting for the credit, but in the mean time, I lost some money shipping the unit back (it was a heavy unit), and I wasted a lot of time trying to get in touch with them, not to mention getting very frustrated for the lack of response. They NEED to provide a WORKING telephone number. I tried to get their phone number and manage to found several via the whois database for the domain name, via my credit card, and each one, while different, were all dead lines. It's just not a good way to do business. Overall, I'm very dissatisfied, and at this moment, I am still awaiting for the credit. "

"I ordered a EMS USB2 Adapter so I can hook up my Dance mats to my PC. The adapter claimed to work on Windows XP(many adapters don't have the right drivers for XP) and sure enough, I had it hooked up and working in 5 minutes. They claim it gets shipped 1-2 days and again they stick to their word, it got shipped in 2 days. They sent a confirmation email for the order and also a confirmation email for the shipment. Very organized and easy to deal with. Will definetly do business with LevelSix again."
