"First order with them. I ordered 6 DVDs. It took two and a half weeks and to nag mails to management for products to ship. Even then, I found that one was backordered, and I didn't find out til the box got here and a penned in "B.O" on the invoice. Took a total of 20 days to get here via standard mail. Not a pleasant experience, but they gave me a $5 coupon due to the delay, and free shipping on my next order due to the backorder, so at least they offered me some compensation. The backorder coupon was actually printed on a glossy insert, so I'm guessing this happens quite often. I probably would waste the $5 coupon on one DVD and just claim the free shipping just to use them up and never order from them if they were an ordinary company, but there really aren't many places to get oversea's DVDs. As thier website is more organized, thier selection greater than any other foriegn film reseller out there, and thier prices generally cheaper, I'd probably put up with them again to get these hard-to-get items, but otherwise would have found an alternate reseller for DVDs. Due to other's poor website design, I'd rather order from them than risk what could be a worse experience with another foriegn film shipper. Poor performance in general for a reseller, but no better alternative that I've found for Oversea's DVDs. If my order was indicative of thier normal performance, prepare for long waits to ship and backorders without notice. Suffice it to say, theres probably no point to getting anything but standard shipping with these guys. Who knows when my backorder will come? At least they dont charge til they ship."

"Ordered an EMS USB 2 port PSX controller converter from them. Shipped 2 days after I ordered, and arrived in a timely manner. Product works as advertised. No complaints here...good place to get these hard to find console items from."

"Ordered thier CAT5 cable bundle. Thier prices are excellent for most items. I havent heard too good things about thier customer services, but will not comment on that myself due to me not having experience with them. I would not hesitate to buy items that have almost no chance of being defective (mostly non mechanical items like cabling, CD-Rs). Excellent deals when they have them"

"Ordered a case from them. No big problems at all. Extremely impressed with good prices and excellent selection of cases. I'll probably buy most of my cases to resell from them from now on, and let my customers hand pick which case they want from thier page."

"I ordered my 5.1's a while ago from them, and ordered mounts for these speakers more recently. They are a little slow overall on the shipment. (when I get it shipped fedex ground, it always arrives 11 days from only indiana after the date of purchase, as opposed to the average 5-6 days via Newegg's FedEx saver, which is CA to NJ, coast to coast.). Also my 5.1's turned out to be defective a while back. Customer services was excellent, but there were no cross shipping options, only the two week turnaround and I had to pay for shipping the defective unit back. While I understand that this is pretty standard, it costs alot to ship out those 40lb speakers, and since they had a defective run of the 5.1's (it wasnt just me, others on the Klipsch forums experienced the same thing who bought it around the same time), maybe they should have soaked up the losses. I'm very tough on companies when it comes to defective units, so maybe im just expecting too much. To sum it up, shipping time is a little slow, but otherwise without problems. If you do get a defect, the customer service is excellent, but the turn around is leaves much to be wanted. I would recommend to buy your speakers at Bestbuy or some other local store, just in case you get a defect (as far as I know the defects were isolated to that one run of 5.1 speakers, so dont worry too much about that, but just in case, you wont have to ship it back to Klipsch and wait two weeks with headphones strapped to your head). Prices for thier speakers are also pretty much universal, so whatever the price difference will be will just be the difference between the shipping fron Klipsch and the sales tax in your state). If you just want to buy mounts or some other non mechanical, or hard to find parts from Klipsch Direct, I would say go for it, but be prepared to wait a while long than your used to for online shipments. BTW, the wallmounts look kinda cheap, but are high quality."

"Ordered a bunch of ink from these guys because it was really cheap. They dont have an automated response system for when you put in the order, but they do email you as soon as it ships out. They dont put your tracking number or link to the tracking page in the emails, you can track by going to thier page and then hitting "shipment tracking". Other than that, I have no qualms about this company. I have not used the ink yet, but it is the same brand of ink that they usually sell at computer shows for double or triple the price."
