"Lexjet generally does a good job. Pricing is on the high side for this particular product, but we still use it for a particular application. This ordered was delivered on time and in good condition."

How often will a company contact you if they see that you may have forgotten to order something to help complete your job. "I ordered my paper and ink supplies for my professional printer online, on LexJet's website. The site was pretty easy to navigate and ordering was very easy. However, I was confused when it came to paying for the items. I was going to use a debit card, but the box to write the credit card # for one only listed credit cards and not debit cards, and it didn't have an example of how to write the credit card #, so I included spaces between each set of 4 digits. And it rejected the card, so I assumed it was because I was trying to use a debit card. This caused me an unnecessary waste of time (probably over an hour because I needed to move finances from debit card account to a savings account, and needed to order the supplies that day).
Other than that, the experience was good online, and I love the quick delivery!!!"
