I have the 24 and 44 inch rolls shipped to me, but a full quarter of the time the box is badly torn up and the tape is barely clinging on, like it fell off the truck, or was left overnight in the rain. I am amazed the rolls have never been damaged but I wish they could get their packaging dept in order. "
