"Pretty easy and clean interface for ordering. Search functions could be easier and more efficient though - finding a specific product isn't always easy, and often comes up with many options that aren't remotely related when doing a search by keyword.
Overall the shopping experience is relatively fluid. Some areas of the site feel clunky or too automated - like the templates are grabbing from a database with no human oversight...and there a is a bit of redundancy and/or missing information on many product pages that makes for it to overall lack consistency."

"they have been great. when my lack of computer knowledge showed, they stepped up and held my hand and lead me through those dark and scary places in my computer i dare not tred alone. they call me regularly to see if i am having problems.

when i was trying to decide which printer, sammi was very helpful. she made sure i was informed about the current rebates and suggested a printer model. when i researched that model on the internet, i realized she knew her stuff.

the longest it has taken to receive paper from lexjet is two days but mostly i get it over=night without paying extra. i guess they ship it as soon as i order.

the only thing that would make things better would be if they would let me use their house on the beach.
