"I have been a customer of Lexjet for many years. They are awesome at getting the product out to me quickly! And I have rarely had a mistake in my order. But they are terrible at packing the product. I have complained MANY times, but nothing has been done. I order premier matte paper to print fine art, and they pack a box of paper in a big box with little bubble wrap and the edges are nearly always crushed. I have to compensate for the "dings" in how I lay out my prints. The outside box is always fine, but the box of paper inside is dented. We pay a lot for our paper! It needs to be wrapped carefully. I have taken pictures of the boxes and sent them to Lexjet - no changes. Also, I order ink cartridges regularly. They always put the cartridges in the bottom of the box with the heavy paper boxes on top. Many of them come with the boxes crushed. I've never had one that didn't work, but it concerns me to receive smashed boxes. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service on this issue."

"The ink came crushed so I had to delay my project. Ink was packaged in a plastic bag. This does not protect it from shipping handlers. I would gladly pay more to have it packaged for shipment in a better protected method. I also had to ship it back which held things up more and had to drive 15 miles to the UPS facility or I got a threat of you guys not replacing it. This ink probably cost me three times what I paid for it. NEXT TIME I HAVE TO CONCIDER THIS IN MY CHOICE OF SUPPLIERS. "
