"I last reviewed Lexjet in 2015, when I was concerned about shipping costs. I got a nice call back from management and a promise that the situation would improve, but, over a year later, I really do not see any progress. My order of three rolls of media cost a whopping $91.00 to ship, had to be shipped in two separate shipments and took a long time to arrive. The shipments came from separate, distant locations. Other vendors I use for similar products do not charge me any shipping because they have inventory on hand or have it brought to my local branch where it is delivered locally. Lexjet, please take the hint.

Also, order follow-up is missing. They always promise to send confirmation and shipping info by email, but the confirmation emails never arrive, even though I get marketing emails from them just about every day. I usually end up wondering where my shipment is, then I have to follow-up by phone or on their website to find my shipment. "
