"I have yet to get this roll I ordered to run through my Epson 9900 without getting a paper jam. I have had my large format printer for 4 years and have never had an issue with any media designed for the machine. Is the Epson Exhibition Canvas Satin 24" roll a known problem for the 44" Epson 9900? I have run the 44" wide roll successfully for years.
