"Good job except one of our items was not shipped, and we had to call, with no answer or message stating they would be closed on New Years Eve, by the end of the day we were able to leave a message of course now we would only be able to receive our last roll of paper till after the holiday. We then called on Jan. 2nd. at 10:30 EST because we did not receive a call or email stating the status of the last item. At this point the person answering the call was very quick to respond and emailed a tracking number shortly after. It looks like our fourth item just got missed. All in all Lexjet does a great job."
