"Recent shipments of Sunset Select Matte Canvas have been plagued with coating issues that show up in the prints as splotchy areas or wide lines in the canvas (seen in the light) that show up in the final print. This has been a recent issue (3-4 months) and has been on 24" and 36" rolls. Lexjet has replaced rolls as requested (with me sending them samples) but nothing covers my ink costs. I estimate I've wasted about 200' of printed canvas. At approximately $0.75 per sq.ft, that's about $300-$400 wasted ink (conservative estimate) that I won't recover, not to mention lost time and usage on print heads."
