"I had to adjust my review from 5 stars after making the purchase to now 1 star. My order has been cancelled with no follow up and when I tried reaching out to Lexus I got no response back. I do not recommend this location for ordering parts. "

"I ordered online and the first order was accepted and then cancelled, flagged as fraudulent. But I never rec'd notice my order was cancelled and only found out by calling the dealership, which took three calls and lots of waiting on hold.

Then I re-oredered because the parts guy said make sure to add our VIN. But I had to order online, he couldn't take the order over the phone he said. I entered the VIN online and it was not found, nor is my address. Horrible ordering experience and I am still not sure my order will go through."
