"We have had a great experience with Liberty so far. We signed up in November 2016 and because of a pregnancy and numerous kid sicknesses, we fulfilled our "Annual Unshared Amount" in about 6 months. We have already received the first two reimbursement checks for eligible expenses we've incurred beyond the AUA! That was so relieving to us to know that Liberty will actually pay like they claim. Their online Sharebox isn't the greatest system in the world, but it suffices to upload my expenses and see where we're at with expenses, payments, and such. I understand they are working on a new system right now, so that will be a huge benefit when that releases. Liberty also has a referral program where they will send you a $100 Visa gift card if someone signs up using your member ID as the referral and that person stays for at least 60 days. I already received my first one, so it's legit!

Even in spite of a few miscommunications where I had to call into their support line to figure out something, we have been pleased with Liberty's service. Frankly, we had more problems with Coventry insurance. We are excited to continue saving tons of money with Liberty and not paying for medical treatments that go against our beliefs!"
