They are very responsive, their coverage is excellent, we are able to use Alternative Health practitioners, they reimburse virtually everything that we submit. Could not be happier, with the quality of their customer service, their very reasonable premiums, and responsiveness to questions and concerns. They are the best thing going into Healthcare arena that I have ever come across."
"We have had liberty health share for my family for the past 3 years and it is much easier to use than the employer-provided commercial insurance plan we used to have! We can see whatever provider we want (for the most part), seek care whenever it is needed, and not have to worry about getting a bill 9 months later. The only hiccup we've experienced are some providers (one ER in particular we unfortunately had two visits with) don't understand that Liberty is not "insurance" and don't understand how to bill them. Hopefully as cost sharing plans become more common, knowledge will filter down to corporate mega-medical companies on how they work. Keep up the good work Liberty! The only "con" I have is that it takes a loooooong time (i.e. 6 months!) to process submissions and get reimbursed."
"I am now on Medciare A and B and use Liberty as the supplement essentially. They do two great things in that model. First they make sure Medicare performs and performs correctly. Second, they pay the balance as covered. I have had two minor but complex medical treatments in the last year. They performed perfectly.
Before going on Medicare I had one other occasion to use them. I had a great outcome and when I had a question they provided immediate answers when contacted.
If you can qualify get on this and stay on it for you and your family. Start when you are young before risking cirumstances that might prevent you from joining."
"Liberty seems to pay what they want to pay and say it is a negotiated amount then months later you receive bill for balance. I just received one after a year showing a $32k outstanding balance. Have had trouble with last 4 claims as they take over 4 months to pay, one has been sent to a collection center.

"I've just ended my first year's coverage with Liberty Healthshare. Wow! This was awesome! My coverage cost was $199/month and after I spent my first $500 out of pocket, all of my wellcare and medical expenses were covered. To the tune of almost $11,000. I felt badly about having to use the coverage as I'm a normally healthy guy - but, it was wonderful knowing all of my medical was covered.
This year I'm looking forward to making my monthly share payments of $199 and causing no further expense to Liberty!"
