Ran into an ordering problem, confusion badically and I called them on the phone and left a message. Did not get the ladies’ name who took the call, but she was quite pleasant. Ken sent me an email with some advice and then followed up with me later to ensure the order went through. Gave me an ETA, so I have a good idea on when Mom will receive the chair. I normally hate any type of problem but they could not have resolved it better. Kudos to both individuals for speaking like people rather than robots.
