"Ordered LED driving lights, a few days later received an LED “floor lamp” Talked to customer service, after 9 or 10 emails trying to get return arrangements, finally threatening with the Better Business Bureau, returned incorrect item and told correct item that I was billed for had been shipped. Explained that the part numbers had a 2 and a 5 in different places, 5 days later received another floor lamp and not the correct LED driving lights. I was even told to open box and make sure driving lights weren’t inside, luckily I had enough sense to open the box and look to see that they had shipped the wrong item!!!! Then again started with the emails and photos for arrangements for return. Below asks to tag your review, ok ,billing department worked great they had no trouble taking my money!!!!!!"

"The 100 watt (400 equivalent) flood is super bright, well constructed, easy to install and priced right. It has been in service for only one month, so too early for a longevity report.
The reason for only 4 stars is because parts are not available. After accidentally breaking the lens, a call to the 800 number and I was told no replacement parts are available. Welcome back to the throw-away world "
