"ordered a lighting fixture for our entry way. A fairly large and expensive fixture. we discussed what was needed. the fixture arrived and instead of a 36" down rod, we received an 8" down rod. Called and discussed this with the rep. i was told we could get the 36" down rod. set it up and charged an additional $20 for the new down rod. this after paying over $1600 for the fixture. i asked for the down rod to be expedited as we had scaffolding already in place. it will be a week getting delivered. Not a very impressive customer service."
