"I made my purchase which was quoted in USD and paid with a USD credit card, however they converted the amount to CAD. My bank then converted it back to USD. This resulted in me paying about 8% more after all of the exchanging. Very frustrating because it was not clear at all that I would be charged CAD. I tried to cancel the order immediately when i received the confirmation email and realized the error but i could only get it credited back to my credit card-which would result in another loss of almost 3% in exchange rates.I have reached out to customer service 6 days ago with no reply."
