I have purchased a dozen or more high end light fixtures from NY Lighting. Whether its chat, by phone or email - it is always a pleasurable experience. Pricing has always been more then fair, and actually a bit better then I had hoped for. I wasn't sure about one of the fixtures and the returns department was beyond helpful with their communications and follow up. I ended up keeping the fixture due to its distinct mercury tinting and became more than ok that it didn't quite match the companion tinted mercury fixture that hung over our kitchen island. However, NYL was more than willing to return and send another to make sure I was happy with the purchase.
