"The initial rep was very efficient and guided me to the correct product I am trying to replace. By way of chat she directed me to the proper product that was s match to my previously installed product. After submitting my order, I did not receive any shipping or tracking ID. I ordered on Friday, nothing received on Monday. I contacted CS agent Anya Choate, Anya did not have the info i needed but called the warehouse to see what the issue was. She was told it would ship on Friday, which to me seemed odd because I was told at time of purchase it was in stock and could be shipped immediately. I questioned this to Anya, and because it was late in the day she would investigate further. Amazingly with Anya’s customer service skills I received an email the following day saying the items have shipped via FedEx. A tracking # soon followed and package arrived shortly there after. My client was very satisfied as it was immediately installed. I believe Anya deserves all the credit on getting this product out the door, which means happy customers. It’s nice to see a company that hires quality agents to make sure one’s hard earned dollars are valued. Kudos to Anya fot making sure the customer is satisfied after the purchase is made. "
