Chrystal in Customer Service, worked with Lite Source, the manufacturer to locate a bulb. At first, Lite Source sent me the wrong bulb. But Chrystal was so nice and determined to find the right bulb. She very quickly located the right bulb and it is being set to me very soon. And, she did not even inconvenience me my asking that I return the wrong bulb.
