"Nakia was very patient, listened to what I needed, sent my quote in a very short few minutes - a pleasure to talk to.
When ordering on Sunday, March 19, I explained to Nakia that I needed to have the materials delivered to me no-later-than Saturday, March 25.
Nakia indicated that the order would be place on Monday, March 20. I heard nothing about the order or shipping until I called Lighting New York on Friday, March 24 to get a delivery update. Nakia was busy so I talked to another individual. He told me that the Order was not placed until Thursday, March 23 and he could not tell me when it would ship. Obviously the order would not be delivered to my address by Saturday. Due to the my tight timeframe, I asked if the delivery address could be changed - he said he would try. I received an email stating that my order had to be cancelled and a new order prepared with the revised delivery address. Tomorrow I get on a plane and fly to Pheonix, AZ, to install the lighting system, without the material in hand, without a shipping update as to when the material would be delivered in AZ. Not a pleasant experience."

"I ordered a fixture and probably should have paid more attention to details. I received a unit that was white instead of brushed aluminum ( to match existing fixtures) and was also 120v not 277. I spoke with Dana and she sent me a return mailing label and set me up with what I needed pronto. 277v was a special order but all went smooth as silk. Just waiting for new unit to arrive shortly.
