"We were asked by a major customer to repair light fixtures in their warehouse over the weekend. Request came Thursday.
Another supplier told us they could help,that they had needed parts in stock, until the order was placed, then they realized Thursday afternoon that they had no stock.
Fortunately, we found Lighting Supply, I placed the order at 4:00 in the afternoon on their on-line ordering portal. I called to confirm, and the person who answered the phone ran to shipping, confirmed our order would go out, went the extra mile for us. We were able to make all repairs with the parts we ordered over the weekend, as requested.
