"The LED candles are perfect. They are similar to types of these sold in retail stores, but have a cleaner design, easy on-off operation at the top of the candle (rather than at the bottom. The are rugged, and it's nice to see a flat black base for a change instead of the hokey "brass plated" types ala retail store offerings. The timer's a nice extra, too.
I set the bases aside and effortlessly (!!!) mounted the candles into my dining room candelabra. They compliment the 5 tungsten-type AC powered mini-bulbs already up there.
