"I initially had some difficulty with the instructions of how to make the purchase. The Solar Lights designed for an outdoor walkway were a purchase "through" Groupon. The connection between the two was confusing to me and I worked very hard to be able to get the order completed.

The Groupon assist was next to useless, and I had to have a double session with my therapist that week to make sure that I wasn't "truly stupid"!

Somehow, I found the customer service email for LampLust Lighting website where I sent one email and in less than an hour I had a response from "Angel David"! I had complained that I couldn't reach anyone except in banker's hours during the week, when I don't have much time, and Sat. or Sunday were my only days to deal with the assorted snafus that our electronic world can create. He asked for my phone #, called within an hour and within 12 minutes, he had completed the order, "cheerily" and wanted to make sure I had gotten all of the questions answered before he said good-bye. I can't say enough good things about David, his knowledge and his handling of the problem on a SUNDAY! I do feel I was given very personal attention.

The order arrived the end of this week and I just assembled them and put them out on my walkway! They were easy to assemble, and look attractive in my front yard! I'm very pleased and will use the LampLust Lighter website directly from now on. And I promise not to make mistakes on purpose, just so I can get David to help me!
