"EXTREMELY disappointed in my recent first purchase from Lilly Pulitzer. I paid for expedited shipping (2-5 days), two weeks later it's still not here. I know things happen with shipping, but what made my experience particularly bad is I contacted them 6 times total over the course of a week asking about why the shipping was taking so long. 4 emails, two voicemails. Only when I threatened to leave a bad review did someone bother to email me back. Absolutely ridiculous to ignore someone for a week like that. Not impressed."
