"I ordered a coat on 12/14/18 and paid extra to have it shipped quicker only to find out AFTER I PAID that it would take 15-21 days for my order to arrive. I emailed the company the next day to cancel my order and was told that it could not be canceled because it had already been processed. When I would ask for shipping updates it sometimes took days to get a reply which was met with a very vague answer and no tracking number. After FINALLY receiving my item on 1/26/19 I contacted the company to return the item for a refund. I was told that refunds could only be made on damaged or defective items. THIS IS NOT WHAT THEIR WEBSITE STATES!!!!!! So to sum this up their website states Money back guarantee- WRONG, Fast shipping-WRONG, 24/7 online support-WRONG. Worst experience ever and wished I would have read the reviews before purchasing!!!!!"
"Ordered on 12/28/18, payment of $44.00 was withdrawn on 12/ 31/ 18. I received no confirmation nor tracking number. Contacted company , someone with last name of Linder , stated they would look into order. No one has gotten back to me , and no product received. Do not waste your money with this company."

"Honestly my biggest issue here was the customer service. The site renewed on Black Friday when I was buying it, causing my cart to be filled with a jacket size medium instead of 2xl. It took me two weeks of back and forth to get Linder to agree to send the proper size (as they won’t let you cancel, return or exchange) this is because they only seem to respond via Facebook chat at 3 am. Then you would think buying something on Black Friday would mean you would have it in time for Christmas. Nope! It arrived in the mail January 2nd. The quality of the jacket is ok. It seems a bit small for a 2xl, but large for a medium, but there isn’t a tag to confirm it is that size that I asked customer service to send instead. I’m not impressed and will not be buying from Linder again."

"I received my item but it wasn't in U.S. size. They don't have a contact number for customer service so you have to correspond through email. I told them my merchandise didn't fit and they said they couldn't give a refund or exchange if they sent the right size. They didn't send the right size though. The website says 100% money back guarantee. Don't waste your time with this company. They may be cheap but it's not worth the hassle.
