"I was very hesitant about purchasing an item "sight unseen". When I was informed that Leggett and Platt were the manufacturers of the Lineal, my mind was at ease. We have been using the Lineals for a couple of weeks now and we love them. They operate quietly and smoothly. The additional features, massage, LED lighting are a plus.

"... but the "plastic" end caps to help the mattress in place need a redesign. #1 they are visible so if you have a nice spread It will either hang over and slip or be tucked in and there they are. The mattress fits tight so tucking in sheets and blankets at the bottom is very difficult and requires the mattress to be lifted fairly high. I have a bed ridden husband so the head raise is a life saver for me. Could the end caps be made to swing away while the bed is made?"

"After learning about the great customer service with Saatva when shopping for a new bed, we were delighted to also learn about their new product, Lineal. We promptly received an email with the specs and cost. Since we upgraded from a regular queen mattress to a king, our dilemma was did we really want to spend thousands of dollars on an adjustable king. Our price range limited us to to an adjustable bed where only the head of the bed raises and is one whole piece with one king mattress. The pricing of the Lineal was remarkably lower with many more features. We decided to get a split king with 2 twin XL mattresses. The Lineal works great, smooth, quiet and very comfortable. We love being able to adjust our mattresses independently. The men who delivered it and set it up were very pleasant and professional. They gave us a quick tutorial on how to work it and were very patient as we got the placement of the bed just right! Overall, it was a great experience. We have never slept so good (thanks also in a large part to our Saatva mattresses. But that's another review!!) "
"It was ordered on April 10th and delivery was promised within 2 to 2-1/2 weeks. then it changed to may 3rd. then it changed to May 10th now it has been promised for May 15th or after. Maybe this time it will make it.

"I originally ordered a king mattress and regular base. After the order was placed I saw a add saying that adjustable bases were going to be offered, so I called to change my order. I changed from the king to 2 twins with a 2 way adjustable base. They could not have been more helpful, or pleasant to work with! Wish all companies could take a customer service lesson from them.
Oh....and it sleeps like a dream!
